Tracking Your Order
36samplesale ships orders via FedEx for domestic deliveries, and DHL or USPS for international deliveries. All packages are insured. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time
Customers who prepay duties may experience an additional 7–10 business days before receiving an update from the carrier regarding delivery.

Continental U.S. orders: In-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders outside the U.S.: In-stock items are processed within 10–15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). International customers are responsible for any additional duties and taxes. 36samplesale has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost, as customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note: As we serve a global customer base, holidays vary by country. We observe local holidays and may take time off accordingly. However, we strive to ship your products as quickly as possible even during holiday periods.

Invalid Shipping Address: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses domestically or internationally.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from our website are shipped by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by 36samplesale. Ownership and risk of loss for your items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
